Italian pianist Enrico Pace‘s international career truly took off after winning the Franz Liszt Piano Competition in Utrecht in 1989. Since then, he has toured extensively across the world, performing in prestigious venues such as Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Wigmore Hall in London, and Carnegie Hall in New York, as well as at renowned festivals like Verbier and Lucerne. In addition to being a sought-after soloist with orchestras, he is also a dedicated chamber musician. His regular collaborators include Leonidas Kavakos, Frank Peter Zimmermann, Matthias Goerne, and Antoine Tamestit. His recording of Beethoven’s complete violin sonatas with Kavakos, released on Decca, was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2013.
